Resort Fee: Please note that the Zota Beach Resort will offer guests in the MCE room block a reduced Resort Fee of $20 taxable per room per night (originally $39) which includes: access to Valet Parking, Wi-Fi in guestrooms and meeting space, Gulf View Fitness Center, unlimited local and toll free calls, daily turndown service, in-room bottled water and coffee, pool towel service at the resort pool and hot tub, beach chairs for use on Hotel’s private beach, daily newspaper delivery, business center, concierge services, daily refreshments in the lobby, and much more. Taxes: There will also be a sales and occupancy tax added to the room rates and resort fee (currently 12%).

Lodging Cancellations – Guests must cancel lodging reservations 7 days prior to the guest’s check-in date or the hotel will charge the credit card on file as a no show. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
