Overview
This conference is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered issues in Cardiology and Geriatrics, while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management. The discussion-based format of the conference will encourage audience participation through dynamic lectures, case-based studies, and hands-on workshops. Keynote speakers will present and critically assess recent advancements and industry updates in Cardiology and Geriatrics with the goal of enhancing the knowledge-base and core competence of attendees. The successful completion of this interactive program diagnosing, treating, and prescribing the most effective courses of treatment, with the goal of improving patient outcomes.

Resort Fee: Please note that the Zota Beach Resort will offer guests in the MCE room block a reduced Resort Fee of $20 taxable per room per night (originally $39) which includes: access to Valet Parking, Wi-Fi in guestrooms and meeting space, Gulf View Fitness Center, unlimited local and toll free calls, daily turndown service, in-room bottled water and coffee, pool towel service at the resort pool and hot tub, beach chairs for use on Hotel’s private beach, daily newspaper delivery, business center, concierge services, daily refreshments in the lobby, and much more. Taxes: There will also be a sales and occupancy tax added to the room rates and resort fee (currently 12%).
Additional Occupancy: Please be advised there may be a $30 per person per night fee added to any adults over the age of 18 beyond single or double occupancy.

Lodging Deposit – A Major Credit Card is used at the time of booking and a first-night room deposit to guarantee your reservation. Balance due to the hotel upon arrival.
Lodging Cancellations – Guests must cancel lodging reservations 7 days prior to the guest’s check-in date or the hotel will charge the credit card on file as a no show. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until October 17, 2024 (based on availability). Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. - Attendees must register within (7) seven days of booking MCE discounted lodging to avoid cancellations or increased nightly rates (depending on Hotel/Resort policy).

- Rooms and/or tickets (if applicable) cannot be purchased for the purpose of, or with the intention of being resold.

If it is discovered that the reservation and/or ticket order is not for an MCE Conferences participant, the reservations and/or ticket order may be canceled or modified based on the Hotel/Resort policy, and deposits may not be eligible for a refund.
