Overview
This conference is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered issues in Endocrinology and Women’s Health, while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management. The discussion-based format of the conference will encourage audience participation through dynamic lectures, case-based studies, and hands-on workshops. Keynote speakers will present and critically assess recent advancements and industry updates in Endocrinology and Women’s Health with the goal of enhancing the knowledge-base and core competence of attendees. The successful completion of this interactive program diagnosing, treating, and prescribing the most effective courses of treatment, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes.

These spacious oceanfront villas afford the flexibility to entertain in comfort and relax in abundant privacy, with overlooks of the ocean. These ocean-facing villas feature a comfortable bedroom with one king bed or two queens, a full size kitchen, expanded living room, and dining room, balcony or patio available overlooking the ocean, and TV with cable channels, high-speed internet access, in-room safe, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Rollaway beds are available currently for $35 per night (upon request) and are only allowed in king-size rooms.

Hotel Parking – Discounted self-parking of $15 for overnight guests per car, per night will be offered to MCE Attendees who book within the group block. Discounted $15 daily parking will be available for local and offsite guests driving in for the dates of the conference during conference hours.
Lodging Deposit:
Omni Resort Guestrooms: Deposit of 1 Night + tax is due at the time of booking; the balance is due to the resort upon arrival.
Sandcastles Villas: Deposit of 1 Night + tax is due at the time of booking, Some Villas require a deposit of 2 Nights + tax due at the time of booking; the balance is due to the resort upon arrival.
Individual Reservation Cancellation: 7 days or more prior to arrival no penalty on cancelation. Deposit is non-refundable if canceling within 7 days of arrival. Special offers may have different cancellation
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until July 22, 2024 (based on availability). Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered for 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).
